Rain

Hard rain today. Not quite cold enough for snow, for which I’m thankful. This much rain, translated into snow, would mean treacherous driving, snow shoveling, and chilled ankles. The cold also amplifies every ache that already tortures me.

New Book

My super-frau is hard at work on her next book. The last one, “A Catch In Time,” is scheduled to be out in April. She’s really excited about the one she’s writing now, but I’m not supposed to give anything away about it, including the title.

First Snow

Yesterday, we had our first snow, big wet flakes that fell straight down and began to stick to the ground within a few minutes. It continued to snow for quite a while and, overnight, it all froze. I’m tired of winter already.
